The Annual Election Meeting was held and there was a tie between two (2) candidates. The Runoff Election Meeting will be held on Friday October 18, at 5:00 pm. To confirm the Board, the Homeowners of the Association are asked to VOTE IN THE RUNOFF ELECTION. There is a Ballot, Agenda, and Proxy, with this Meeting Notice. See the instructions in the Meeting Notice on how to submit your vote. The easiest way to vote is on your HOA website at www.enclavesatcreekwoodhoa.com. The Board would appreciate if everyone would vote in this Runoff Election.
Quorum must be met, or the meeting may have to be rescheduled again, so please cast your ballot for your Runoff Candidate. An Electronic vote is one submitted on the HOA website, by email, or by fax. If you vote electronically, no proxy is needed as it is counted for quorum, even if you cannot attend the meeting.
