Call for Candidates

As the Managing Agent for the Enclaves at Creekwood Homeowners Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce that it is time for your HOA to transition to a Homeowner Board of Directors. A Virtual Annual Election Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 7, at 6:00 p.m. Enclosed with this Notice is a Candidacy Form. If you would like to nominate yourself or another homeowner, please complete the Candidacy Form and return it on or before the deadline of Friday, March 18 at 5:00 p.m. Your Candidacy Form must be returned on or before the deadline, or your name will not be included on the ballot.
In an effort to streamline the election process, and to ensure the community makes quorum, all voting is now electronic. You will need to be registered on your HOA website to vote electronically and you can also submit your Candidacy Form on the website, by going to www.enclavesatcreekwoodhoa.com. You may also submit your Candidacy Form by emailing it to your Association Manager at dwyann@essexhoa.com.
Even if you don’t have experience as a prior Board member, there will be training. We are excited to guide your community through this process, and look forward to working with the new Board of Directors, to a bright, new future with your community.
